I have explained that already. It is not broken it is designed that way.

Need to talk to sam and the boys and come up with something. Dont have too much time of my hands though, that is why i fixed everything i could this week end.

Thats fine, was just wondering about it.

I guess i am stupid...

I need to have a separate .vf to point to my music folder? (using normal library)
Or how is it supposed to work?

Well it can work three ways.

1. In the MusicPlugin.xml you can set the path to your Itunes Music LIbrary.xml, and MB will load the music from that.

2. In the MusicPlugin.xml you can set the path for your normal library, like C:\Music, and MB will load the music from that

3. You can set a VF in the configurator, and MB will load it from that.

If you set it up with one of the last two ways, MB will show it exactly how it is, so if you have it set up in folders like "Genre\Artist\Album" that is how they will appear. If you set it up with your Itunes Music Library.xml, you can set it to load genres, artists, or just albums. It will pull that information from the itunes XML file.

@Neph, I noticed that if the Itunes folder image path is invalid, it stops the plug-in from loading. Is it possible to just have it error to tell you the path is invalid, but still load the plug-in with a blank folder? IMHO it should only stop the plug-in from loading if the music path or Itunes XML path are invalid.

Post your musicplugin.xml so we can look it over for any possible errors.

Try changing the path to a specific folder, it might not support drive roots. Do you get any errors when running? Can you post a log from MB?

And add a forward slash in front of "h:"

Let me look into it, problem is those are all virtually built up, so it will show but not work. Let me check it out, will let you know what i do. Further to that, i don't want people to moan about stuff if they have entered incorrect information. It moans and does not load they will sort it out.
