Folder Monitoring - Can I do this?

As long as the torrents are in use (e.g. you're still seeding) the files are also in use and cannot be moved by Metabrowser.

You will need to either auto delete the torrents (not possible in uTorrent as far as I know) or make sure you deleted them manually and then just wait a few minutes for the FileSystemWatcher to rerun the directory.

But I have just put a test file in the watched folder (that is not in use by any program) and meta-browser still ignores it. Not sure what is going on :-(

I have just checked my config and it is as i explaiedn earlier today, but i will explain now in more detail my exact setup. I have metabrowser installed on a pc (DROPBOX-PC) which also has utorrent installed. I have the Monitored Folder pointing to "C:\Users\Public\Downloads\DROPBOX" and have "Enabled Renaming Episodes Checked" then in the "Add a New Destination Location" i have a directory on my server "\\SERVER\TV Shows" and then on the General Tab i have the "User FIleSystemWatcher" checked and also "Scan for missing information" checked this config works fine for.

FileSystemWatcher does not need to be enabled for the DropBox function to work. The dropbox is based on a polling method which polls the location every 15 minutes (the time is configurable in options).

Thanks so much that got it working :-)

Is there a way to make it check for metadata the moment something enters a folder? I know it says once every 48 hours but that is a long time between metadata downloads. For now the episode just sits in the folder without being processed :-(
