Creating a theme

Hey all.

Was wondering if someone would be kind enough to put up a small tutorial on setting up a "blank" theme. I have some ideas I want to play around with regarding themes, but I'm trying to get to the point where MB "accepts" (for lack of a better word) my theme and allows me to select it as my current theme. Obviously it will take me to a blank mcml screen where I can start adding goodies and playing around with it all.

I hope this is clear to all who could help.
