ISO Mount - VirtualCloneDrive?

I noticed you put a path to the ISO mount software. I prefer VirtualCloneDrive (they always update it, everyone knows them from AnyDVD and CloneDVD).
Will this work the the new awesome Media Broswer (by the way, that was my wifes word this morning...Awesome).
On that - as I have never ripped a ISO for a DVD, can you put all hte ISO in the same folder or do they have to be in their own folders with the movie title (trying to figure out how it stores it data).
What is the advatange of doing ISO?

I also prefer Virtual Clone Drive, especially since Slysoft specifacally recomends against installing Daemon tools because it slows down Blu-Ray rips
