I don't know what it is(or was) but there were two of my movies that it refused to process. I just edited them myself and added them to the website folder. I checked everything I could think of and it all was right.

Another thing I noticed, when i uploaded everything to the web it wouldn't work. I checked the html and it was formatted like this:

<a href="Bones\index.html" onclick="NewWindow(this.href,'name','900','500','yes');return false"><img border="0" src="Bones\Bones.jpg" width="190" height="250"></a>

I changed it to this and it works fine:

<a href="Bones/index.html" onclick="NewWindow(this.href,'name','900','500','yes');return false"><img border="0" src="Bones/Bones.jpg" width="190" height="250"></a>

to
Code: Select all
echo ^<a href="!seriesjustname!/index.html" onclick="NewWindow(this.href,'name','900','500','yes');return false"^>^<img border="0" src="!seriesjustname!/seriesjustname!.jpg" width="190" height="250"^>^</a^> >>website\!np!\index.html

Thanks for the quick fix. It was driving me crazy trying to figure out why it wasn't working until I noticed that...Sometimes I guess there are downfalls to using firefox.

And yes, it was in the TV Series.

But what the hay, I fixed it on my side, it gave you reason to look for it and might save some other people some headaches, so alls good in the end!

Really great work, some feedback to keep you busy ;)

*Sorting works good with some quirks though not sure if it's fixable. It's not a big deal anyway.
Five first bond movies is sorted in this order on the movie page, I have them all so it's a mix.
Code: Select all
James_Bond_1-1962.html
James_Bond_11-1979.html
James_Bond_12-1981.html
James_Bond_19-1999.html
James_Bond_2-1963.html

*Might bee cool to have a index of the movies at the left or right side of the sceen with clickable anchors (anchor navigates to the poster). iframes? Or might be really ugly not sure, could also add a link beside the link which opens the movie/tv info screen directly.

*Episodes are listed as filenames on seasons, for ex mythbusters.s06e10.nasa.moon.landing is listed as that though the title is Nasa Moon Landing

*Band of Brothers have some garbled info and missing episode images.
*Battlestar Galactica, season covers are the same as the series folder.jpg cover / this was not the case in 1.7.0.b there were different season covers then.
*Pixar Short FIlms Collection, missing episode images and one broken url the url would probably be a character that needs replacing will look at it later.
*Planet Earth, missing episode images and garbled info on some episodes.

If you need more info just holla I have a subscribe on this thread.

lappen most of what you describe comes down to the info in your xml
for eg if all your bond films were say

James_Bond_1962-1 etc in the sort title it would produce them in the right order

re the bsg stuff i did change a fair bit and my focus was the stark covers intergration it sets the folder image for the season as what it finds first eg if it finds a folder.png that what it uses if its not there it grabs the show cover
do you run stark covers?? on any of your stuff?

if not the code for 1.7.0 is esentially the same for tv series bar the line of code i pasted earlier re movies the only difference aside from the stark covers stuff is the sort order and page generation stuff

So I cannot have James Bond 1, James Bond 2 etc I need to add the year in sorttitle? if so the output would become ...

sorttitle
James Bond 1 = James_Bond_1-1962.html
James Bond 1962-1 = James_Bond_1962-1-1962.html

Nope but I do have a folder png for my battlestar galactica folder, I do like png's now and then as I can use big collection boxes and have transparent edges. I only use this on some series and trilogys etc. Would I have to remove it and add a regular jpg or is this something you are working on?

Yeah, the only new problem I got with 1.7.0 was bsg as said above. The other problems was in the earlier versions. Should I paste some info? xmls or similar?

re the james bond stuff I am talking about the sort title only not the local title I was just saying if you had the year first it would fix the order it would sort on the year (which if you think about it is the same as what you have) there has never been a year where they put out 2 bond films.. It really dosent make a difference what the pages are called no one sees the page names just tring to get the order right

re the folder.png it you run stark covers over your whiole collection it will again pick up everthing its the mixture of jpg and png causing the problem

can you post the information that is garbled and what field it is (or give me a link to a particlur page) so i can find the issue

Just got back from a week away and I must say Tikuf - the new build is excellent with the stark integration :)

I'm not sure if a small qwerk I have stumbled on is due to the photo-resizer you use or the underlying programming logic but I thought I would ask. In the example I have linked to below on my website, all images are fine (the standard size covers) however a few of my images are taken from Setting Sun's box set collection which are also .Png (but a different size for obvious reasons) - they seem to be distorted in the scripting conversion to html.

http://www.wezsweb.com/website/Offline- ... index.html

If this is not supported then that's cool I just thought it was worth asking...

Kind Regards
Tylor
