@SpiggyTopes - I'm not sure how yours is interfaced, but I use a IMON IR receiver and it gives the option to set up a "quick start" button, which I have mapped to my Media Browser shortcut, works just fine. I use a logitech 670.

@kikistan - Open regedit(start menu - Run - Regedit) and go to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Media Center\Extensibility\Categories\Custom Start Menu\

and see if it has an entry named {fc9abccc-36cb-47ac-8bab-03e8ef5f6f22}. If not, then try to unregister MB and re-register it with the registration.xml file located in //Programfiles\MediaBrowser.... The same folder the configurator is located in. Register it with the "RegisterMCEApp" located in The Windows Directory under Ehome(C:\Windows\Ehome\).

I know some people have had problems with it registering properly when MB uses the registration.xml7 file, but its fixed when registered with the registration.xml file.

How can I modify shortcut that way it opens MediaBrowser and after that Movies title automatically??

As of now you cant do that. Multiple entry points is in the works by the Devs, but did not make it into the last release. Hopefully soon you can do what it is your asking.
