Can you make one for Christian Movies (Ben Hur, Passion of the Christ, Ten Commandments, etc)

Also does anyone know where to add a backdrop for the unknown genre? is there a specific folder for that in the Imagebyname folder?

Thanks in advance.

As long as you have the genres listed in your mymovies.xml, media browser sorts for you. Just go to view and select genre when you are in media browser.
In order to view backdrops just create a folder (Action for example), put your backdrop.jpg or .png in the folder and then put the folder in your imagesbyname folder.
Take a look at the wiki, it will help you out.

In case anyone is interested, I do have some collection sets coming. I have been delayed with some work (like getting the house in order with projects so my wife can have
her baby shower). I will work on them when I get a chance

Man, these are awesome. I love your genre backdrops!

1. Can I request a generic "kids" or children's" one. Maybe a mix of animated and general kids film? i.e. Babe, Bridge to Tabithia, Space Buddies
2. Also, could you make a different "animated" one that isn't "all" Disney? i.e. Shrek, Madagascar, Horton Hears a Who. We have Animated genre and Disney genre so that would help differentiate these two.

These are great! Thanks for all your effort!

Ok, I added another animation and children to genre backdrops. Also added batman (not the new ones) and back to the future to collections.
I did 3 different batman backdrops, couldn't decide on one. Here is a sample.

me23,

Backdrops are great and are using them shamelessly..... One 'small' request - I would love to see similar backdrops for the genres but based on the TV programs in those genres.... Example - I break my collection down by media type ie Moves and TV - within each of these I have them broken down by Genre. Currently under TV - Sci-fi the backdrop is the same as Movie Sci-Fi. IMHO - It would be good to have TV based genre backdrops ie TV -Sci-fi is made up of images from TV sci-fi shows not movie ones....

Any chance you can do these or give me some pointers on how to start to create them I would be happy to help and post if needed.
